Too bad so many of these fell victim to terrible, tacky mods and neglect. They may not have been a competitive luxury sports sedan, but damn they were badass.

My dad had a new 300C when it came out. I thought the car was so kickass. Still kinda like them.

The design h as aged well, if you can find one that’s been cared for. Most of them I see have cloudy headlights, dull paint, scraped up bumpers, and wheels turned black with caked on brake dust.
Also, often a cursive “in memory of” decal across the back window.

They’re pretty badass when spec’d right.

Sadly, at the end of the day the gen 1 300 was a crappy faux-luxury car that placed image above everything else.

The interior was the big letdown. That, and the crappy 2.7 base engine.

Don't forget the eBay Bentley grille

Most of them fell in with the wrong crowd. Got into r unnin’ with those boys down the way, gangbangin. Fell victim to the streets.

Or, just a faded ”B” emblem sticker over the Chrysler logo on the existing grille.

It was a good car. It was just the interior that was crap

I still love the look of the 1st gen 300 SRT. All SRT 300's really, they are just so badass looking. This coming from a Magnum owner, lol.
